Building on one of our most popular offerings, this 30-pound lot is an exploration of what’s possible when tradition meets innovation. Using a honey process as the foundation, we inoculated the fermentation with a yeast strain commonly used in Malbec wine production. The result is a complex cup with notes of chocolate, pineapple, melon, and pomegranate - layered and expressive, yet grounded in the approachable sweetness of the honey process that our regular customers already love.
